Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

At Aishwaryam Oils, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

For COD orders: Cancellation must be done before dispatch, otherwise it may affect future order eligibility.

We offer subscription plans for convenience and savings. Please read carefully:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard.

• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

• Once an order is processed under a subscription cycle, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
