In ground oil, there is often oil cake found in small amount and it starts forming deep black substances while deep frying. I understand that these are harmless and actually indicate minimal processing. However, they do form black particles during deep frying which are harmful to health. Please find ways to filter the oil cake thoroughly during filtration.
